You will be emailed an order confirmation that will include your unique Booking Reference Number and a barcode that also contains this number. You may make a note of this number and take with you when you visit the attraction in place of a ticket, although we suggest printing out the email or showing it on your phone as this will contain a barcode which will grant you quicker access.
No, we regret we are unable to issue refunds but you are able to change the date of your day pass if you do so before 11am on the date you are booked to visit. To do this you must either create an account at checkout or log in to your account before booking.
On completion of your order, you will be emailed a DigiTicket containing a barcode and booking reference number. Present this ticket on arrival, or if you don’t have a printer, simply make a note of the Booking Reference Number.
In the Farm Shop or head directly to the 'Strawberry Kiosk' at the entrance to the Funyard.
You do not have to print out the 8 digit booking reference – simply make a note of the Booking Reference Number and take it with you or show the booking and barcode on your phone, coupled with some ID.

We open 10.00am and close at 4.30pm. Our day passes are for the full day and you can arrive at any time during our opening hours. Please confirm opening hours on our main website as we are a seasonal business and they are subject to change.
We have free onsite parking. Diabled parking available next Farm Shop.

Yes, Funyard day passes can be purchased online or in person when you arrive.
Restrooms are available as well as hand washing stations and sanitising points.
